The Community Empowerment Opportunities Scholarship is a maximum of $3,000 one-time scholarship awarded to a student(s) with a documented Intellectual and/or Developmental Disability who has been accepted or is currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program, 2-year community college, or vocational/technical training program.
